Doing this will improve you range of movement and general fitness.
MS is a tightening and contracting of muscles for some and this will help to loosen you off.
So come on then lets get some spirit and try .
First Shuffle your bum to the front third of the chair.
holding the chair with both hands lift one leg up an
inch off the floor and hold for 3 seconds.
repeat with other leg.
do this 3 times with each leg, don't worry if you can't lift.
Intention is everything !!
Hands by your side lift your shoulders up and roll them round first back then forward.
rest for 3 seconds then repeat 3 times.
come on you getting warmer now?
You will do these exercises with me so lets go!!

well this is the same but roll them back and forward as well
do this for 10 seconds then rest and repeat.
You getting warm eh..
your heart rate will be up some now which is good as long as you have read the warning !!
Physical exercise is hard i know ,with MS but you must try and keep some movement.
Remember "use it or loose it"..........
